Nupi is a handloom saree brand dedicated to bringing North-East India’s rich weaves and traditions to the world. Each saree is handcrafted, unique, and made with love.

2. How do I place an order?

Simply select the saree you love, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. For Instagram/WhatsApp orders, you can DM us directly.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept [UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking]. Payment details will be shown at checkout.

4. Do you ship across India?

Yes! We ship pan-India via trusted courier partners. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we deliver worldwide 🌍. International deliveries take 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

6. Will the saree look exactly like the picture?

We do our best to represent our products accurately. Since each saree is handcrafted and due to lighting/device screen differences, slight variations may occur — this makes every saree truly one-of-a-kind.

7. Can I return or exchange my order?

We do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is a genuine defect or wrong product delivered. For such cases, please contact us within [7 days] of delivery with an unboxing video/photo.

8. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll share a tracking number with you via email/WhatsApp/SMS.

9. Do you take custom or bulk orders?

Yes, we can take select custom or bulk orders for weddings, events, or gifting. Please reach out to us directly for details.

10. How do I take care of my saree?

• First wash: Dry clean preferred.
• Store in a cotton/muslin bag in a cool, dry place.
• Avoid hanging heavy sarees for long; instead, fold neatly.
• Do not expose to direct sunlight for extended periods.

11. Are the sarees pure handloom?

Yes, every Nupi saree is authentically handwoven by artisans. We do not sell machine-made or powerloom products.

12. Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes 🎁. We offer special gift wrapping upon request. Perfect for festivals, weddings, or surprise gifts.

13. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No – We are not offer cash on delivery as of now.

14. What if my package is delayed?

Sometimes courier or customs delays may happen beyond our control. We will assist you in tracking and ensuring safe delivery.
