Return & Exchange Policy

1. General Policy

* Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are only accepted in the event of a manufacturing defect.

* Handloom Imperfections: Please note that handloom products may have slight irregularities in weaving, color, or design. These are not considered manufacturing defects but are inherent characteristics of handcrafted products, making each piece unique.

* Condition of the Product: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the saree must be in its original condition:

* Unused, unworn, and unwashed.

* With all original tags and labels attached.

* In the original packaging.

* Saree folds must be intact.

* Proof of Purchase: A copy of the original invoice/receipt must be included with the return.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

 * Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at NupibyNivedita@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please provide your order number and a detailed description of the manufacturing defect.

 * Supporting Evidence: You must provide clear photographs and a continuous unboxing video of the product from the moment you receive the package, highlighting the defect. This is essential for verifying your claim.

 * Approval: We will review your request and, if the manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will provide you instructions for shipping the product back to us. Do not send the product back without our prior approval.

3. Return & Refund Process

* Quality Check: Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, it will undergo a thorough quality check by our team.

* Refunds: If the product passes the quality check and the manufacturing defect is verified, we will initiate a refund.

* Timeline: The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of the product being received and approved.

* Mode of Refund: The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

* Shipping Costs: The original shipping costs will also be refunded.

4. Exchange Process

* Reverse Pickup: For approved exchanges, we will arrange for a reverse pickup of the product from your address. The reverse pickup will be processed within 5-7 business days.

* New Product: Once the returned product passes our quality check, we will dispatch the new, non-defective product to you. If the same product isn’t available, you may choose a different product of similar or higher value.

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:

 * Sarees with custom services like fall and edging.

 * Products purchased during a sale, on discount, or with a promotional offer.

 * Products damaged through improper use or neglect.

 * Products that have been altered, used, or washed.

6. International Orders

 * We do not currently accept returns or exchanges on international orders, except in cases where a defective product has been delivered. Any returns due to manufacturing defects on international orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
