Return Policy

At Nupi by Nivedita, we accept returns and exchanges only in cases of genuine manufacturing defects. Handloom sarees often carry slight weaving or color irregularities, which are natural and not considered defects. To qualify for a return or exchange, the saree must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags, folds, and packaging intact. Customised sarees, sale or discounted items, and products damaged due to misuse cannot be returned or exchanged. Proof of purchase in the form of an invoice or receipt is also required.

If you wish to initiate a return, please email us at NupibyNivedita@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with your order number, photographs, and a continuous unboxing video showing the defect. Once approved, we will arrange for reverse pickup or guide you through the return process. Refunds are processed within 7 -10 business days to the original payment method, including shipping charges. Exchanges are shipped after the returned product passes our quality check, and if the same saree is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal or higher value. For international orders, returns are not accepted except in rare cases of confirmed defects.

Shipping Policy

All orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Domestic deliveries across India typically take 5 -7 business days, and tracking details are shared once your order is shipped. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before order confirmation. In the case of approved returns, the original shipping costs will also be refunded.

For international orders, delivery timelines vary depending on the destination and courier partner. Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applicable in your country are the responsibility of the customer. While we do not usually accept returns or exchanges for international shipments, defective products will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will assist you accordingly.
